This is a simple acrylic painting done on cardboard and outlined with Sharpie marker. I completed it while sitting on the steps across from the back door of the Cathedral Basilica on Treasury Street, Saint Augustine Florida. I did a little bit of research and it is the heraldry mark of the Archbishop. You have to count the number of tassels to distinguish the order of the church leaders.
